This year, for the first time, the University of Gdańsk Museum will join the group of institutions participating in the European Night of Museums!
The event's programme will focus on the theme of plants, their role in art, medicine and contemporary life. We invite you to a night full of plants, flowers and stories related to them. We have planned, among other things, a plant exchange, art workshops for children and adults, lectures on the use of plants in folk medicine, mutual relations between animals and humans in the beliefs of the Amazonian peoples, and many other attractions. A detailed hourly programme and description of activities can be found on the museum's website.
The event is organised in cooperation with the Baltic Sea Cultural Centre neighbouring the UG Museum. We also invite you to activities, the detailed programme of which can be found at www.nck.org.pl and in the event on FB.
