Od 1 października 2025 r. osoby posiadające numer PESEL będą mogły pobrać kod QR do mLegitymacji bez konieczności posiadania Elektronicznej Legitymacji Studenckiej (ELS)!
- mLegitymacja to cyfrowa wersja legitymacji studenckiej, dostępna bezpłatnie w aplikacji mObywatel.
- Umożliwia korzystanie ze wszystkich ulg i uprawnień przysługujących studentom.
- Wystarczy numer PESEL – nie trzeba mieć plastikowej ELS!
Kod QR do aktywacji mLegitymacji będzie dostępny na stronie systemu eUczelnia. Aby go uzyskać, student musi:
- wgrać poprawne zdjęcie legitymacyjne do systemu,
- jeśli zależy Ci na czasie - zgłosić prośbę o zatwierdzenie zdjęcia na adres: perso@ug.edu.pl w tytule wiadomości podając numer albumu,
- zaakceptować ślubowanie na Portalu Studenta.

Studenci posiadający już Elektroniczną Legitymację Studencką (ELS) nie muszą wgrywać nowego zdjęcia – do wygenerowania kodu QR automatycznie zostanie wykorzystane dotychczasowe zdjęcie z wniosku o wydanie ELS.
Studenci, którzy nie posiadają numeru PESEL lub chcą otrzymać fizyczną ELS*, będą zobowiązani do:
- złożenia wniosku o wydanie ELS,
- dokonania opłaty za jej wydanie.
- odbiór ELS z dziekanatu
- złożenia ślubowania (dot. nowych studentów/nowych kursów)

Starting from October 1, 2025, individuals with a PESEL number will be able to download a QR code for mLegitymacja without the need to have the Electronic Student ID Card (ELS)!
- mLegitymacja is a digital version of the student ID, available free of charge in the mObywatel app.
- It allows students to benefit from all the discounts and privileges available to them.
- All you need is your PESEL number – you don't need a plastic ELS!
The QR code for activating mLegitymacja will be available on the eUczelnia system website. To obtain it, students must:
- upload a valid ID photo to the system,
- submit a request to approve the photo to the following email: perso@ug.edu.pl, including their student ID number in the subject of the email,
- accept the oath on the Student Portal.

Students who already have the Electronic Student ID (ELS) do not need to upload a new photo – the existing photo from the ELS application will automatically be used to generate the QR code.
Students who do not have a PESEL number or wish to receive a physical ELS* will need to:
- Submit a request for an ELS,
- Pay the fee for its issuance.
- Collection of ELS from the dean's office
- Accept the oath on the Student Portal (for new Student/Course)
