W celu uregulowania i ujednolicenia procedury wystawiania faktur za odpłatne usługi edukacyjne, stosując się do zapisów ustawy z dnia 11 marca 2004 r. o podatku od towarów i usług (tekst jednolity DZ.U. z 2020 r. poz.106 ze zm.) oraz Rozporządzenia Ministra Finansów z dnia 3 grudnia 2013 r. w sprawie wystawiania faktur (Dz.U. z 2013 r. poz.1485) niniejszym komunikatem Kwestora Uniwersytetu Gdańskiego wprowadza się „Zasady wystawiania faktur za odpłatne usługi edukacyjne w Uniwersytecie Gdańskim”, stanowiące załącznik do niniejszego komunikatu.

regarding the rules for issuing invoices for fee-based educational services
In order to regulate and unify the procedure for issuing invoices for fee-based educational services, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 11 March 2004 on value-added tax (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2020, item 106, as amended) and the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 3 December 2013 on issuing invoices (Journal of Laws of 2013, item 1485), this announcement of the Financial Director of the University of Gdańsk introduces the "Rules for issuing invoices for fee-based educational services at the University of Gdańsk", which constitute an annex to this announcement.
