Yoga, Zumba, or maybe nordic walking? Take care of your fitness and well-being by joining outdoor exercises! In May and June, the Centre for Physical Education and Sport at the University of Gdańsk invites the academic community of the University of Gdańsk and the residents of Gdańsk to participate in physical activities as part of the ‘Active Spring with the University of Gdańsk’ campaign.

The staff of the Centre for Physical Education and Sport at the University of Gdańsk will once again be running regular open sports classes. Fancy a strength training session, yoga, zumba, or maybe you want to try Nordic walking? Just join us!

The classes are free of charge. We encourage not only employees and students to take an active break during the day, but also residents of Gdańsk to exercise with us.

All you need to bring is an exercise mat, comfortable clothing and a good mood!
