The 6th Finals of the Polish Academic Championships in women's volleyball took place during the long May weekend in Opole. After fierce, exciting matches, the JohnnyBros AZS University of Gdańsk volleyball players won gold in the university category and fourth place in the overall classification!

‘We are returning happy, the result exceeded our wildest expectations, and there was no shortage of excitement in these six tough matches! There was a fight, tears of emotion and sadness, but in the end, when we rest, we will realise that we have done something impossible!’ said coach Adam Miotk after the tournament.

The excellent result in the final games of the Polish Academic Championships is the culmination of a great season for JohnnyBros AZS University of Gdańsk. The University of Gdańsk representatives combine their sporting endeavours with their studies, which is a big challenge. The title sponsor, , which has been working with the team for two seasons, provides organisational support so that the players can focus on volleyball!
