As part of the celebrations of the 55th anniversary of the University of Gdańsk, a tram with the university's anniversary logo has taken to the streets of Gdańsk. The presence of the vehicle in the city emphasises the strong relationship between the university and the local community, and is in line with the city's tradition of commemorating important events in this way.

The tram decorated with graphics of the University of Gdańsk serves various lines running through Gdańsk, including lines 7 and 10.

The 55th anniversary of the University of Gdańsk is a celebration not only for the academic community but also for the residents of Gdańsk. Having a thriving academic centre in its area contributes to the development of the city and the region, ensuring the availability of expert knowledge and the local education of highly qualified staff for many sectors of the economy. The university is also one of the important animators of social and cultural life.

The anniversary logo of the University of Gdańsk will be visible on the tram until the end of October this year.
